How can I run another pc using this pc's hard drive???

I want to be able to use Gentoo to hold the XP install and using Samba to share it and then a floppy to boot up the client PCs with the networked OS as the Z drive. I wouldn't want anything less than 100Mbps ethernet on both machines and a SCSI drive running on the pc holding the XP image.
How would I go about doing this?
