    windows xp and verizon dsl

I recently purchased a new pc, an hp media center. I am on Verizon dsl and upon setting up windows xp it asked me for my email address and password. I didn't have to install my verizon software which was great. I was just wondering if I ever need to change it were it would be found. I hope this is clear enough. TIA

Well if I understand it to be your Verizon e-mail account & password then I would think you could only change that through Verizon.

My ISP lets me configure my settings & multiple e-mail accounts via there web site.

The only place that this would be on your computer is in your e-mail program, probably under tools > accounts.

Your connections are viewable via Control Panel > Network Connections

Is this what you were looking for?

well, in me I had to install the verizon software which contained a log in utility. In XP I did not have to enter the software for verizon. Windows upon inititial start up asked who my interner was with and prompted me for the info. That was the first day I brought the system home and haven't had to since.
