ok my problem is that i am gettin into my network connections and im getting into properties, the problem is i want to share my connection with another pc and i found the way to do so is to go to the advance tab in properties and check the box so it allows other pc's on me network to use the connection BUT when i click advance tab there is no box i can check, all there is, is windows firewall settings a big gap where the boxes should be and then right at the buttom network wizard link.

can anyone tell me why im missing them boxes, they are ment to be there but yet they are not and i am using windows SP2

Not sure what you thought you were seeing but this is the only connections property advanced window I've ever seen in XP:



Perhaps what you want is on the Networking tab or the properties general tab of your LAN connection:
