I cant get the 'help and support' section of windows XP to work... When it originaly started to not work, I would get a box appear that stated 'unable to locate helpxp.exe' ( I think that was what the file was called). I ran system restore, and now when I click on the 'help and support' icon nothing happens at all. I am thinking the help exe file must be corrupt. Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Why doesn't Help and Support work?
