hi, i have noticed a beep noise coming from my computer, it has been going on for a while now when i turn my pc on, its fine its just when ive been on it for a while i get it, it comes with no error message or anything, i have scaned my computer with McAfee found nothing i have also scaned with Ad-Aware deleted all spyware and everything, no differene
is it something bad?

i dont know, it seems to be coming from the CPU but its only when it has been on for a while

no, my computer is not getting hot and there is about 10-15cm behind it

im not 2 sure it is hard to explain, it goes on for about 1 second and its not constant, the note decreases (if that makes any sense)

I used to have a similar problem but it was to do with software that I downloaded to keep an eye on the temperature of the pc.

could my beep be something to do with software i have? will a hijack this log help?

Well it won't hurt but I can't see it helping the situation..
