my computer keeps on creating directories of the same name in the directories and the files move into the bottom one.

e.g help/help/help/help/help/help/help/help

furthermore I cant delete the thing becasue it says the files don't exist, and that I should check the file name and extension are correct.

help!!

have you noticed just recently
if you have, what about trying system restore back to a known good point

i fixed it, sort of,it was a problem with the path of the files being over 128 characters long, and some programs dont expext this or sumit. but I still dont know how i managed to create the cascade of folders in the first place, could i have done it by dragging and dropping into the same folder?
