Usually when an MS operating system fails to install, it is because of
bad hardware. Try installing with only the absolute barebones:
motherboard, RAM, video card, cd drive. Leave off everything else. If
the installation succeeds, then add in your sound and modem. If the
installation fails, then start some hardware diagnostics - start with
the RAM (I like Memtest86 from www.memtest86.com). Let the test run for
an extended period of time (unless you see errors immediately). If the
RAM is good, test the hard drive. It doesn't matter that the parts are
new - it is most common for new parts to fail right away, if they are
going to fail at all.

Are you sure the CD is not corrupted?

Problem solved i replaced the mainboard and xp installed perfectly still dont know why but its all ok now.
