Recently when I go into 'Display Properties' either thru 'display panel' or via desktop right click the 'Display Properties' panel is greyed out.. Also the drop down menus for 'Font Size' and 'Color Pallette' are both empty ie they still dropdown but theres nuffin listed.. Kind hard to explain wen noone else never ever seems to have had this prob across the entire WWW.. Ah and pleeze see small but not to small attached image

hmm, have you tried contacting microsoft?
could it be a virus?
have you tied system restore?
how long have you had this problem?
