Hi, I'm using internet explorer, i think its 6 (please tell me how I can find out for sure if it matters) and it stops responding when I click a link on a webpage. I need to re-install it but how? microsoft are no help what so ever . thanks in advance

To find out what version you are running click help> about internet explorer.....it tells you what version you are running in there.

Are you sure this isn't a spyware problem?........ you could post a log on the hijackthis board.
