Unfortunately I deleted the file named PCHealth. Since then my HELP doesn't work. Can you help me to make my HELP working again?

If the HELP file was in the PCHealth folder, then you deleted the HELP option as well, use the XP system restore under the accessories --> system tools. This should get you back to before you deleted the PCHealth
