sometimes whenever i exit out of internet explorer i get this error message saying that it has to terminate bucause of something reference thing..iono..i have a windows xp..can anyone help me

What are the exact error messages?

You can check the Event Viewer via Start/ Run/ eventvwr.msc

Look for red X errors that correspond to an IE exit.

This & your other problems; did they all start happening at the same time?
Were things ok before?

Have you made any hardware or software changes?

Do you run Spybot & or AdAware? an Anti Virus scan?
