i would like to know can i remove the pop up blocker that is build in with the sp2 ,i have got it turned off but it still blocking some hell ,so i want to remove it if i can. thank you.

I see no indication that it can be removed, short of removing SP2.

I wonder what makes you think it is blocking when it is turned off?

nightowl when it is turned off it is turned off and wont block any pop ups atall! and like jephree said you cant remove it,
