After a recent reformat and reinstall (with all relevant updates) I installed my logitech webcam (working pefectly), ran MSN messenger 6.2 and tried to send my webcam feed to a friend. All i got was a message saying "We are unable to run the audio/visual tuning wizard at this time."

Any ideas anyone? Cant seem to get it to work whatever I do, any suggestions appreciated.....
