Try the obvious first and try a different cable. If plugging into a switch (or integrated switch in a router) try a different port.

Any errors in Device Manager? You might reinstall the driver.

What are the numbers that come with that error? They should look something like,

Have you tried safe mode with networking? Are you seeing errors in event viewer?

i try in safe mode also if i plug the network and turn on the computer on it doesn't go to windows it give a blue screen

just try event viewer it was couple error i delete them still the same. by the way you think if i do a fresh installation will solve the problem. thank.

I didn't say anything about deleting errors. You look in there to find out what the errors are for troubleshooting.

A reinstall probably will fix it unless you are having hardware issues.
