How can I contact my computer administrator.??

I always thought I was my only administrator.

It appears I am not allowing myself to access

places I wish to view.

What can be done??

Sadly you haven't told us what is going on or anything about your system. Therefore the only thing I can think of is that you are referring to Windows User Account Control that Microsoft implemented in Vista for your protection, at least that was their intention. Personally I don't mind it because it is quite useful but it really is no use at all if you just allow every request that comes through it. It can be disabled however that's no use to you neither.
