we bought our computer a few years ago it was fully installed with everything. but then a few months ago my nephew, whos nine downloaded a game, but put a really bad virus on the computer, completely not his fault as we forgot to turn on the anti virus. but long story short. it wiped every program off the computer. so my question is? is there any way retrieve the program on the computer? as well like the rest of the world money is tight, so i cant afford to buy all the programs. i cant look at photo, videos, even the internet wont display picture. so if any one could help me. that would be great. thanks

Kids, especially younger ones, need to be supervised at all times - not just because they can really mess things up, but because there are bad guys out there seeking them out for no good. Also, you should not have to remember to turn the anti-virus on. It should be on 24/7/365 with no exceptions.
