I have been having problems with E:/setupstb.exe saying the directory name is invalid.

I have tried to download the provided links above and still nothing. My computer will let me run the applications and then replys with...
C:/Users/MOM/APPData/Local/Microsoft/Windows/TemporaryInernetFiles/Content.IE5/U5FF27RY/Driver-update[1].exe
This happens to every link I try to download except with the different link title....
I am using Windows Vista Home home edition
Any suggestions now?
