I recently installed windows vista home basic and when i restarted the pc (hp a1640n) it says 'oiytp is compressed press ctrl+alt+del to restart' i am totally unsure of what this means and what to do to fix it. Please respond with any tips thanks

Are you sure that you spelled that right? I searched for that and I found nothing but this thread.
