I am getting an error called" class not registered" I need to know what I can do to correct or fix the problem?

Sadly, you did not say when you were getting this error, or which level of service pack for Vista you have. I found where several other folks had the same problem and installing the latest service pack for Vista fix it. See Error message when you try to start Internet Explorer 7 in Windows Vista. Also, it seems several folks using Panda AV had similar problems. Disabling Panda worked for them but that was also from 2 years ago so hopefully the latest version of Panda fixed that.
