Hi Guys,

My girlfriend is having some problems with her laptop. It is running Windows Vista and it crashes on a regular basis. Safe mode seems ok but has still crashed a few times and is running slow.

Virus scans have shown nothing yet but any help would be great!

I'm not as tech savvy as the other guys here, but by crashing you mean? Like blue screens? Programs freezing? Shutting off randomly? A lot of possibilities out there, need some elaboration on this. Also, i noticed you have multiple anti-viruses on the computer. This is an arguable statement, but I've noticed 9 times outta 10, the more anti-viruses, the more problems. Try to stick to one anti-virus. This will help alleviate future problems such as completely knocking each other out. Also, is it a new laptop, old laptop, 2nd hand laptop, one owner laptop etc. The more specifics the better
