RAM Issues??
-
Those are memory or driver related errors. ntkrnlpa.exe is the windows kernel and hal.dll is the interface between the kernel and the hardware so you either have hardware problems or very low level windows corruption. If you just reinstalled windows you shouldn't be having the problems again if your problem is with windows. I don't think that an upgrade would solve your problems. You might try having the malware team help you determine if you have a virus but I wouldn't get your hopes up.
-
Ok thanks. I think I will start by downloading and using some programs Broni suggested when I did have a virus last November.
-
Tell me, did you have any problems during the install? Where there any errors? How long was it after the install that you started having more problems? What had you done with your system up to that point?
-
No problems during the install. The install was done around 1pm that day when I was at school since the IT guys there were helping me. I got home around 4 I think and started installing Windows updates. Then I got that first error around 7:30. I don't think I had installed anything else and was just doing the updates.
-
Another blue screen error! Ugh! What can I do to fix it? Malware Bytes and Temporary File Cleaner passed.

Well I think that you are having hardware issues and probably with your ram which is replaceable. You can take it to a hardware shop and have them test it or at least tell you what you need to buy. Don't buy it from there but get it from Newegg instead. Hopefully that is the source of your problems. To be sure, did you actually work with Broni to make sure that it is clean?
-
So my computer has been working fine for the most part. I have had a few BSODs since the last one. I'm going to post the logs here. The first two I barely even noticed because it happened when I was sleeping. But tonight I almost thought it wasn't going to come back. When I turned it on, it ran startup repair and did a system restore. No I haven't taken it to a hardware shop or anything and no I didn't work with Broni a month ago to make sure it was clean. I will run Malware Bytes and Temporary File Cleaner again. And then I will work with Broni this time.

Well you can try to uninstall and reinstall Avast but it's harder to have windows uninstall itself. Have you tested your memory lately?
-
No I haven't tested my memory lately. Yeah Avast was being weird yesterday. It said it needed to be updated but then it said I already had the latest version already. But tonight I was able to update it fine and it restarted my computer after. Could any of this be because I needed to install Windows updates? And I did post in the Spyware topic. I was just starting to get the logs Broni wants. Should I keep doing that or test my memory? Or both?
-
So I still haven't tested my memory again. But I got another blue screen error:
