I run vista home premium - and im unable to update windows update. the error says there is some certification error.

i am able to browse the net properly, and there are no spyware / viruses in my system.

Hi, thanks for the reply! I took a look at my update history - the error number is 80070490, every time. I should also point out that a few updates are successful.
