im NO computer whiz but could you help ,if i hit the anything on the menu section nothing opens untill i move the mouse down then it opens one at a time.What did i change for this to happen, and can it go back to original.

I don't really know what menu you are talking about...
The windows menu? (the one often refered to as the "Start" button)
Or a menu in some program?

we need a little more infrmation so we can help you out, or did you fix the problem?
