hi im new to site but hope somebody can help,when im on any web site my computer screen goes blank[white] and my internet protected mode goes from on to off hope you can help in my problem

Some information about your computer, how you connect, when the problem started would be helpful. Have you scanned for malware?

my computer is sony vaio running vista ,i scanned for malware all ok it started when i loaded incredimail software,so i removed it and restored to earlier date and now seem to be running ok thanks for your reply ,i will see if this has done the trick
