My computer comes up with a dialogue box saying 'open with' when trying to load a game from CD or Disc. What programme do I open it with.. ? or how do I get rid of the message for GOOD!"

Are you using a download manager? This is a better option if you aren't.

All programmes now are asking for me to 'open with' even through Game Manager when trying to load a game. So need to know what I open these with?
