hi! im having some trouble with my windows vista... you see, ive downloaded itunes latest version, and everytime i try to turn on the genius feature, as it is halfway through the first step a blue screen appears for a few seconds saying something about disk dump?? and then my computer restarts. help?

i dont know how i could do that... it flashes for like 2 seconds and then my computers shuts down

as it is an apple product i would suggest upgrading to the latest grapics card drivers, latest directx and sound card drivers this will rule them out. the code on the blue screen

Well, I had the same issue as you're having now. I just uninstalled and re-installed the program and it worked. Make sure that all firewall's off when you're going to do that. iTunes should work on your system.
