everytime i go on the internet it keeps saying that every site is blocked an un safe to use im not going on adult sites jus normal sites such as you tube channel 4 od an cineworld an facebook i want to no ow to take the block off can someone please help with dis question thanks

Its just possible your trusted root certificate store could be corrupt.
