well it started out with my java acting up and i was getting an aavagent or something like that everytime i opened my internet and i went on here and found out to fix it now everytime i try to open anything other then internet exploer i get a window that pops up asking which program i want to open it with i have pressed everything on that window and i have also tried to remove a program and reload it but when i try to reaload it and it will get about half way before i get that pop up asking if i want to open the download in a certan program please help

Repair or format your operating system

Restart your computer on a safe mode and check if that will fix it.
