I can not open ANY files on my computer. It was working fine last night then all of the sudden this morning when I get on to do homework it will not let me open anything. The only way I can open internet explorer is by hitting ctrl twice to bring up google search then it will open. If I click on any icons or try to run any programs i receive a message saying "you do not have permission to open this file". I tried changing the permission by going to the file but it still will not work.

EDIT: I just figured out I can open files by finding them in program files and clicking run as administrator. But I still am unable to change security permissions for my user.
