What is time executable? I receive a message everytime I turn on my computer saying time executable has stopped working. Is it a program I need or is there some way to stop the message from popping up every time I get on my computer.

I am seeing Lexmark printers getting a lot of blame for this - where the option to participate in the Lexmark connect program is selected during the Lexmark setup.

I also so where disabling DLCGCATS in msconfig (unchecking the option under that start up tab) stopped that error too - but of course, msconfig is not really for permanent solution.
