Okay - then we need to start with the correct terminology to avoid confusion. To "boot" a computer, you start or power it up. The "boot" process loads the operating system into memory and configures it to work with the hardware. To reboot, you shut it down and start (boot) it up again. What you asking about is a system "restore" to take the computer back to the factory settings. That's a big difference from a reboot and it is important to be clear because many people come here with boot (and reboot) problems too.
Some computers come with CDs or DVDs for Windows and drivers. Often just a "Recovery" disk - not a genuine Microsoft disk. Some only came with a hidden partition on the harddrive that can be used to restore a computer back to factory settings. If you don't have the disks, it makes this more difficult as it contains all the drivers you MUST have to make Windows works. If none came with your computer, or there is no hidden partition or you don't know if there is one, visit the technical support section of your computer maker's website. If you need help doing that, we will need the exact brand and model number to help more.
