Hi using Vista HP 32 bit and just started getting the above error 2 weeks ago out of the blue and can t figure out how to fix it its so annoying. I assumed it might be connected to AVG virus scan so i deleted that and had planned to get a new virus scanner The MS vista one seems to get great ratings but thanks to the above error i can t download it dang.

Tryed using Crap cleaner; Ccleaner; used Malwareclearer that found 8 threats and i deleted them and yes i am signed in as Admin don t know how that happened and the normal sign in mode is grayed out and i don t get why so i can t use that; needs to be fixed also so i hope some one out their has a fix - thanks a bunch i do need help . . .

Who do i get "Appropriate permissions" and where and how ! ? - later . . .

Did you try a System Restore to a point prior to your problem?

OK dang i ll try that again didn t help the first time, was hoping this was an easy fix can t dl a bloody thing thanks to this error . .
