I have Vista premium with all updates and patches. Whenever the pc comes out of sleep mode none of my programs will open. Have re installed vista several times. is this a known vista glitch?

Tallin, Ty, but my problem is programs. In order for me to run anything I have to reboot the pc. for example, Windows explorer, email, or any other program.
