Hi trying to help a mate out he has a Toshiba Equium A300D-13X model PSAK2E-001003KS he has had no problems til he cleaned it now fails to boot wont enter safe mode comes up with a warning saying

" The installed program cannot start. Click OK to turn off the computer "

and flashes up witha blue screen but is to quick to make out what it says and that is thru the windows repair program tryed to boot from disc but to no avail tryed to roll back to factory settings to no avail even trying to boot in normal mode is it time for the computer to visit the shop or can this be resolved HELLLLLP pls

What do you mean by "to no avail"?

What exactly happens?

dont work it boots up then comes up with start repair or start normaly whichever you pick it either comes up with the said message or just re boots
