hi...i'm new here. about 2 weeks ago my laptop got a virus it destroyed everything on my laptop i had to restore my system..using backup discs...now i cant download a thing,,its really annoying msn has gone...i need that to keep in contact with my family,,please help ive tried doing a hp health check...it needs update for windows vista service pack 1...it wont let me download it any help would be appreciated x
