windows downloaded somwthing on my computer and when I said no to it, it changed my set from english to latino, which i do not speak. any ideas how to change it. it is not on anothwe web page

Iany help appreciated. latino is on no other web page but msn.com need help on changing msn.com to english instead of latino which somehow got on it.
