I'm the only Admin account on my computer, but when i try to access some folder and files and when i went to the microsoft update site, its telling me i can't do this only an admin can.

Is there a solution to allow me to access my own computer properly?

Right click applications that may say this and choose "Run as Administrator".

If it is a file access right click and go to Properties / Security and give yourself the privilege.
