Hi i have a very small question. Ive had vista for about 6 months now and when making shortcuts, the target field in properties use to be in quotes and you could enter certain parameters after the quote but now it is not there anymore. How can i fix this?

In the target field there should be quotes around but its gone? How can i bring it back?

The quote marks are not supposed to be there unless needed and that is usually when there is a space between letters in the target field. You don't have any spaces, so quotes are not needed.
