I think my contacts list has been hijacked, my contacts received emails that I never sent to them, all about a dell computer,
I have warned all my contacts but what do I do next if anything

If your contacts list has been hijacked, that would mean your computer's security is compromised, and I recommend you have your system analyzed by one of our malware removal experts immediately by following these HijackThis Procedures.

Note this may just be a case where your email address is being used to send spam, called spoofing. There's not much you can do about it, but notify your contacts, and perhaps change addresses, then try to control who you give it too.
