Hi, I need help. I have picked up a problem on my laptop. It will not boot up, it seems to be stuck in a loop. I turn my laptop on, it starts to load windows then stops and tries again, but gets no further.
I have tried loading in safe mode. but nothing seems to work, I am on windows vista. If you can help, please keep it simple.

What is the exact make and model of your computer?

During boot up start hitting F8 until you get the advanced boot options menu. Select disable automatic restart. Now start in safe mode. If it blue screens we need to know the error bode. If it start restarts during boot up we need to know the last driver loaded.
