The programme is for my mobile phone which i no longer need.
Have disabled programme from start up in System config.
Do search for programme does not exist but files are there and when turned on in system config. programme runs.
Any idea how to remove also NOT in add and remove programmes.
Soooooooooooo frustrating
Even found the file where programme lives won't even let me delete that.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

When you say you can't delete it, do you get an 'access denied' message?
If so, use task manager to kill any related process then try deleting again.

You could also try using a little tool called Unlocker.

Oh, and of course you could re-install the program fully and then use the proper uninstall feature.
