Hiii could you pleaseeeeee help me!!!!!!

Recently ive noticed that all of my documents have gone, and my recieved files folder and a few other folders and pictures. I dont know whether this is a virus or not.

We found the documents but when we try to open them it says 'this item that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly.' I dont know if this means i can get my documents back but if it can please help me!!!!!!!!!

I've had similar problems with files dissapearing before , firstly error check your HD to repair any bad sectors that may be present :

Double click My Computer > right click on the appropriate drive > select properties > tools > error checking

If the drive selected is the OS c:// drive the pc will require a reboot and the drive will be checked for errors and fixed if neccessary before booting into the OS .

Alternatively there are a number of freeware applications for unerasing / undeleting files . I currently use Recuva , this is a very simple to use freeware application to find files that may have been accidentally deleted or lost on a faulty drive . Download link below :
