'BACKUP and RESTORE CENTER' for a,hopeful, 'Windows Complete Backup' to a USB external Toshiba 207.8 GB free HDD, I get,

"Not a valid backup location".

Please? Can any1 throw light on WHY?

DELL offered me software help for £50+, to configure it?

Some1 suggested they sell a licence to make this possible?

For a WINDOWS, paid for System UTILITY?
