i am experiencing a blue screen error while connecting internet..it will show a message that " initialisiing crash dump" and restarts the computer....Is it a hardware problem....or software problem.....?...plz help me with your valuable replys.....

Before I can help you I need you to disable automatic reboot. Right Click on Computer --> advanced system settings --> start up and recovery settings. Uncheck automatically Restart and hit ok & ok.

If it happens again I need to know what error message it is giving you and any files listed.

In the mean time right click on computer --> manage --> event viewer --> windows logs --> system. Look for any entries with a X and tell us the most frequent errors,
