    Unhappy Laptop freezing.

Hi I was told to post here. I originally posted under General Hardware Issues saying
"I have only had my new laptop since last December and I've already had problems with it,I had to send it away and got it back a month later, they had to put in a new hard drive. I now have problems again and it keeps freezing.I've found when I'm using the high performance mode on Windows Vista,it doesn't freeze as much. I wasn't sure where to post this as I don't know if it's the hardware or not, I've done a virus scan,a malware scan and a spyware scan and sure it's come up with a few things, but nothing that has made a difference once removed. I have an Asus M51vr Laptop that is running Windows Vista Home Premium and I use MalwareBytes Anti-Malware,Spy-Bot Search & Destroy and Norton Internet Security 2009.

Also sometimes when I've just logged in,after starting the laptop up, it will only load some things, it won't load all so I have to restart it..and sometimes it runs fine, I don't understand !!
Spybot only found cookies and so did Norton and Malwarebytes Anti Malware found nothing.

    Here is my log.. Thankyou

I don't see any security issues here, so I'll remove HJT log, and move your posts to Windows section.

In my personal opinion, 6 months old computer can't have problems like yours.
I'd take advantage of the warranty, again.

I second the warranty after all you are paying for it. What are the hardware specs? If you don't know you can run our hardware scan and post the link.

One thing I can think of is Norton. Some people have a lot of trouble with it and I personally despise it. I use a avira. Who knows, that could be causing a problem but I would also contact their technical support since it is still under warranty.
