Hi there

I have a problem with a laptop that when my partner tries to start it up there are two audible beeds and then an F1 option or an F2 option when she goes to the F1 to start up the whole system crashes.

What could this be? im in hospital so getting all this info over the phone as i have a laptop with mobile broadband i thought id ask here as youve been a help in the past.

Any ideas?

Did this just happen? Was it OK yesterday?
