Exclamation ASP.NET locks me out of everything

I have an HP a6230n Desktop PC with Windows Home Premium.
I am still miserable and having fits trying to get around or get rid of this
asp.net machine user account. I can't access many of my programs like system
restore. I am denied access to many of my programs because it says that it is
the administrator, and I don't have permission. I can't make myself the
admin; and it won't delete or uninstall. Is ther anything that someone can
tell me in laymans terms, how I can get rid of asp.net. I hate it and it is
driving me crazy. Somebody please help me. I have tried to change permissions. Change
user accounts. Cannot uninstall some programs because I get a message saying
someone else is using it. Don't know what to do. Help!!!!

asp.net is an account set up by .Net Framework.

It is set up on every Windows computer and cannot be removed.

That being said there is no reason anyone should be logged into it.

    Is this a new problem?

Can you not log in to your main admin account?

Thanks for replying. Here is the situation. I live in Tijuana. Work in the States. I have to use a mexican nationally owned communications company...evrytime i ever started the pc it would always come up with an error for the modem (2Wire) that I should be running it with Admin priviledges. So, curious and stupid me goes poking around trying to change admin from standard and standard to admin controls...hence, my tiny account is "standard" with no download authority or ability to open files and folders I've created prior to my adventure and ASP.NET is the "admin"...yes, the problem is a fairly new (2 weeks now) I am not allowed to change the ASP.NET account status....I am allowed to change my own to admin but they don't take and it reverts back to standard user.

No, I cannot log into my main account...Windows starts with 3 account options...the one I want requires a password I never created...the other two are accessed but with minimal access to "stuff".

Oh yeah, the 2Wire company is of no use or assistance in the matter prior to me poking around.

If you never set a password then leave the line blank and hit Enter.
