Vista should do it by itself.
Download the file and Save to your Desktop then just double click it.
Then run the .exe inside.

this adobe reader is comming up when i try to dowload,, so i choosed the file u sed in acrobat leader and downloading now takes 4min 30% atm

Do you have the .ZIP downloaded on your computer desktop?
If so right click it and see if there is an "extract" option.
