unfortunately, that isnt really an option as way too much stuff has been added since this started, trying to find another way,,, i have a install file for wmp but when i run it it says i have the latest version already,, how else can i delete the wmp on computer now, can i delete the folder for it in program files or would that cause other problems.

Unfortunately WMP 11 is embeded in Vista. The only repair is to reinstall/repair Vista.

Yes, it looks like it is embedded. it isnt critical as i have loaded him some other media players such as nero and zoom player so i think all will be ok, thanks for your help
