But yes, the Vista FW fine. Note too that XP firewall is fine for most people too. But, like a router, the XP firewall assumes data coming from within the "trusted zone" is safe - considering it made it through the FW once, as well as any real-time anti-malware scanning. With a properly maintained and operated computer, that is all that is needed.
